The Folks at Property Solutions of Rochester are as good as it gets. Our houses are well cared for, continually generate profits and, I don't do a thing. I used to chase tenants, fill vacancies, make repairs and do everything else associated with being a landlord. Now I simply talk with Wendy and Carl via phone or email and they do the rest for me. Add this to the fact that thier rates are highly competitive and using them becomes a no brainer. They stand out above the rest. Highly recommended!!!
