Utilizing unusual music remixes, Kaylouise enjoys emphasizing precision, muscle isolation and synchronization in the original choreography she creates for herself and Mesmeric.
With a great respect and appreciation for the foundation of traditional middle eastern belly dance, Kaylouise has been drawn towards the contemporary, urban, fusion movement and transformation that is happening to the belly dance circuit across the U.S. Kaylouise considers her performances and choreographies to be ART- not bound or restricted... a creation of movement full of beginnings, endings, mood and theme.

With twenty years of dance training and performance experience, I am overjoyed whenever I have the opportunity to share this passion with others. I have found that the process of choreography is an exciting and engaging form of creativity; From my first vision, to the dancers that bring it full circle...
I have had the pleasure of choreographing and teaching movement for both elementary and high school productions as well as local women's organizations and have been invited to demonstrate the application of movement to teachers of music at Lourdes College, Sylvania, OH.
I am pleased to offer a dance series for women which includes beginning instruction in belly dance and belly dance fusion. Daytime and evening classes are offered at Sylvania Dance Academy, Bedford Dance Academy, Owens Community College and through Monroe Public Schools.
Blessed with the support of a loving family, I have always been encouraged to pursue my passions. In turn, I find it important to lend similar support and encouragement to others and for that reason, I have developed "A Place" for women..
I believe dance is art.
I believe dance is often introspective and at the same time an engaging tool for individual expression.
Through the sessions I lead, I strive to take dance beyond the typical... creating what I believe to be an enriching and transforming experience.
