Key Achievements

An experienced Business Development Executive having held executive positions in organisations such as IBM, France Telecom, British Telecom Europe and SynerG Communications in the US. I have also headed a number of software and consultancy organisations in Europe including EDIMatrix (EDI), Systems International (Retail Software), OmniTicket / VGS Systems Engineering (Ticketing Software) and Masabi (Mobile Phone Software).

In a 2000 people division of British Telecom, developed and implemented a Business Strategy (and negotiated alliance partnerships), which helped deliver services to Global Customers and propel revenues from $100m to $2b in 4 years.

Grew France Telecom Network Services operations from scratch, $zero to $240million turnover, adding $80 million to the bottom line, in 2 years and grew the organisation to be one of the most successful divisions, measured against marketing objectives, new business opportunities and annual profit plan.

Headed Sales operation for IBM Europe (EMEA). Achieved ten 100% clubs, 3golden circles and at a peak 600% sales. Top UK sales manger – promoted to Sales Director IBM Europe based in Paris.

Developed new operations in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific including new offices and the recruitment of new top-level management personnel.

Completed the London Marathon in April 2007 on behalf of the Hemophilia Society
Completed the London Marathon in April 2009 on behalf of Cancer Research UK
Will be entering a number of Triathlon events in 2010 throughout the UK
